There are mainly the following ways to fix the ceramic fiber blanket:

1. Fixed by Adhesive.

Generally speaking, ceramic fiber blankets are not recommended for bonding. This is because although there is a special bonding agent, the blanket cotton and stainless steel are firmly bonded, but the ceramic fiber blanket is easily delaminated due to its own gravity.

2. Fixed by anchor.

The common structure of industrial furnace lining has two kinds of structures: blanket composite and fiber blanket layer. The blanket composite structure can be fixed with the module supporting anchors, and the large-scale fiber blanket layer structure can be fixed with U-shaped nails and quick cards.

3. fixed by Heat-resistant steel wire .

Thermal pipeline insulation is often wrapped in layers of aluminum silicate ceramic fiber blankets, which can be wound and fixed with heat-resistant steel wires.
