Roaster adopt 1220*300*300 ceramic fiber module to reduce the gap rate, improve the lining integrity and thermal insulation effect.

The ceramic fiber module is refractory lining product to simplify and accelerate the construction of the furnace and improve the integrity of the lining. The product is white and regular, and can be directly fixed on the anchor bolts of industrial furnace shell steel plates. It has a good fire-resistant insulation effect, improves the integrity of the fire-resistant insulation of the kiln, and promotes the progress of the kiln masonry technology.  Classification temperature is 1050-1400°C.

The application of the ceramic fiber module is improve roaster sealing effect, reduces the loss of heat, and the operating temperature can reach 400-900 degrees, reducing energy consumption and losses.
